ABOUT ME

I experienced disordered eating for many years, until I came across this understanding, that all suffering comes from thought and a much more liberating life experience was not only possible, but already within us.  I trained with Amy Johnson as a Change Coach at the Little School of Big Change and now feel passionately about helping people to realise a hugely positive and wonderful change in life by simply pointing them to their own inner wisdom.
